I don’t usually make resolutions for a new year, but I’m in a period of committing a bit more constructively to my usual intentions, so the idea has me this round.
I’ve enjoyed the attention some Twitterers are giving to the frequent misuse of “new year’s revolutions.” Maybe some folks have more courage than me facing January 1. I also dug Tony Jones’ term “New Year’s Aspirations.” My bedside stand would collapse under his reading list, although I hope he’s going to tell us what all those books are about.
